Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of DealMotion, an AI-powered B2B sales enablement platform operated by DealMotion B.V. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions

• "Service": The DealMotion platform, including web application, APIs, and related services
• "User": Any individual or entity that registers for and uses the Service
• "User Content": All data, text, files, and other materials you upload or create in the Service
• "Subscription": Your paid or free plan for accessing the Service

Service Description

DealMotion is an AI-powered sales enablement platform that provides:

• AI-generated account research and intelligence
• Meeting preparation briefs
• Post-meeting follow-up with action items and email drafts
• Meeting recording and transcription (AI Notetaker)
• Knowledge base for document storage and RAG-enhanced context

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity per account - sharing accounts is not permitted

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
• Ensure you have the right to input any data about third parties (accounts, contacts)
• Not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written when legally required
• Maintain appropriate data protection measures for personal data you process

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, spam, or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or access the Service in unauthorized ways
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content

Subscription & Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Prices are in Euros (€) and exclude applicable taxes
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods, except as required by law
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal

Your Data

Regarding data you store in the Service:

• You retain ownership of all User Content you create or upload
• You grant us a license to process your data to provide the Service
• We will not use your data to train AI models (other than your personal context within your account)

Intellectual Property

• DealMotion owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, and documentation
• AI-generated content (research, briefs, emails) may be used freely by you for your business purposes
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service or its components

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use
• You are responsible for verifying facts and claims in AI-generated content
• AI suggestions are assistance tools, not professional advice (legal, financial, etc.)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Privacy & Data
• We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms with prior notice
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy
• Sections on IP, Liability, and Governing Law survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
